April 21, 2016, is a tragic day for music. At the age of 57, legendary singer and guitarist Prince passed away. In remembrance of the man in purple and suede, here are 10 Unforgettable Prince Moments.

As a guitarist, Prince was extremely underrated in terms of public perception. In this compilation, you’ll see Prince’s masterful shredding abilities and his unique gift for soul. Along with his own works like “Purple Rain,” Prince ripped his guitar for an incredible star-studded performance of George Harrison’s “While My Guitar Gently Weeps” shortly after the Beatles legend died. We also added some footage of Prince jamming “Superstition” with Stevie Wonder.

Prince rarely made media appearances, but when he did, they were always memorable. In his later years, Prince became a devout Jehovah’s Witness. He spoke about his faith multiple times in television interviews, but behind the stoic and soft-spoken musician there was also a fun side. He briefly showed that side of himself on The Arsenio Hall Show, where he helped a fan break up with his girlfriend.

We finish this tribute video with Prince’s breathtaking live rendition of Radiohead’s “Creep” from Coachella 2008. Prince put his own energy into the classic indie gem, injecting crushing emotion into this version.
