Monkey App a Cure for Portland Parking Woes?

If I were the kind of girl that used O.M.G., I would use it right now for this amazing idea that I wish I had thought of. There is a new app, Monkey Parking, that hooks you up with someone who has a parking spot that they will be exiting.They auction off their parking spot, or you can auction off yours! Brilliant! Parking matchmaking! The app is still in the testing phase but is expected to go world wide using a GPS enabled map. How much would you be willing to drop for a car-sized piece of real estate?
