When the calendar flips to October, we'll all be looking for something to satisfy that scary itch that Halloween gives us. One of the places you probably don't expect to get goosebumps is the family-friendly waterpark in Saco known as Aquaboggan. But this October, on select weekends and nights, all of those waterslides and bumper boats will take a backseat and in its place will be a 25-minute haunted walk thorough a spiritual wasteland.

According to OOB365, the walk will follow the story of a angry spirit named Judy. She was allegedly murdered behind Aquaboggan in 1917, and her soul rests until the summer ends. When it's awakened by the change of season, she rises in an apparition known as the Banshee of the 'Boggan.

The Trail of Terror at Aquaboggan is open on October 19th, 20th, 26th, 27th, 30th and Halloween night. Admission is $17 and children under 10 get in for free with a paid adult ticket.
