Billy Idol Rocks the Pier in Portland! [VIDEO]

WBLM welcomed back Billy Idol to the Maine State Pier last night and you wouldn’t know it to look at him, but he turns th big 6-0 this year. He's in amazing shape and still sounds terrific!

 The crowd was sent back to the 80s with hits like White Wedding, Eyes Without a Face, Rebel Yell, Mony Mony and more. Our own Tommy C enjoyed the show too, even though he wasn't on the Pier. The concert sound traveled over the water to his back deck on Munjoy Hill where he was able to distinctly hear every instrument while he did some late dinner grillin'!

Billy’s long time partner, Steve Stevens definitely didn't disappoint with his guitar pyrotechnics during the show that kicked off at promptly at 7 and wrapped up just before 9. Nice to know that Billy appears to realize that most of his fans probably appreciate an early night out.
