A young Boston Celtics team was going to have a tough time beating the veteran San Antonio Spurs anyway, but when the C's could shoot only 36% there was no chance. And that's what happened Sunday afternoon at the Garden.

The Spurs 95-87 came as the Celtics scored just 31 points in the first half. For the entire game the C's missed 23 of 29 three-pointers.

Despite that the Celts hung around and scored 33 fourth quarter points to make it interesting down the stretch.
