If you are shopping online today, here are some cyber safety tips:

• Don't shop with your debit card, use your credit card. If your debit card info gets hacked your bank account can be drained.
• Beware of fake package-tracking emails. If you click on links, hackers can get into your computer and financial info and all up in your business.
• Some websites give you the option of them holding onto your information for future purchases, if you plan on doing more shopping there you may be tempted to do that. Don't. It could be months before you find out that a website has been compromised. Even websites that you feel are trustworthy are at risk.
• Don't mix work and personal passwords. Never use the same password that you use to sign in to your work email. If hackers get their hands on your work email and password, your company could get hacked.
• Copy and paste coupon codes, don't click on an email link to use them.
