It's not uncommon for people to post pictures of beautiful views, buildings, or sunsets to the Maine subreddit. However, this week multiple redditors realized they'd taken the same exact picture of an alley in Portland. It's a perfect rough-and-tumble back alley view of our beloved city. The first one showed up yesterday:

Later that day, another redditor shared their nearly identical picture:

Too funny. I took nearly the same picture. from r/Maine

In the comments, other Mainers realized they'd photographed the same exact view.

Can you tell where these photos were taken? I've lived here for nine months and had no clue... but my longer term cohosts knew it immediately.
