The math is quite simple for the Falmouth Little League Allstar team - two more wins and it's off to Williamsport, Pennsylvania and the Little League World Series.

At the New England Regional Tournament for 11/12-year-olds in Bristol, Connecticut Falmouth went 2-2 in pool play and that gets them a semi-final game Thursday against Rhode Island (3-1).

Win that game and Falmouth would be in the regional championship game this weekend for the right to go to Williamsport.

Connecticut plays either Massachusetts or New Hampshire in the other semi-final.

The last Maine Little League team to play in Williamsport was the Westbrook Allstars back in 2005.

Let's wish these kids luck by sharing some comments here on our web site and on our Facebook and Twitter pages with the hashtag #GoFalmouthAllstars.
