‘Friday Night Flights’ With Maine Brew Bus Begins Friday

The Maine Brew Bus Tours are back and they start up Friday evening!

The tours run every Friday night through May. The bus will pick you up at Old Port Spirits and Cigars located at 79 Commercial Street in the Old Port beginning at 5pm, with other pick ups until 8:15pm. They ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your tour departs.

You'll get a delicious snack while on the bus, the Savory Vegetarian Hand Pie from Ten Ten Pie, then it's off to the first stop on the tour; Austin Street Brewing Company.

Austin Street Brewing gets it's name from co-founder and head brewer Jake Austin and the street he once lived on where he began brewing beer in Westbrook. The brewery is located on Industrial Way in Portland.

After you enjoy some beer there, it's off to stop number 2; DL Geary Brewing Company in Portland, one of the first 15 craft breweries in the United States.

The final stop of the night will be at Lone Pine Brewing, a fairly new brewery that opened in 2016.

Then they'll drop you back off at Old Port Spirits and Cigars. The cost for the tour is $65 per person.
