Get Wicked Cheesy on a Maine Sunday Funday

The Maine Cheese Guild and Savage Oakes Vineyard bring us the Maine Cheese Festival this Sunday. It's in Union, about an hour and half from Portland...not too, too fah. In fact it's really nevah to fah to get cheesy. You can get Maine made cheese directly from the folks who made it! This Sunday Funday event starts at 11am and goes till 5pm at Savage Oakes Vineyard & Winery on 175 Barrett Hill Road. 10 bucks gets you through the gate and there's no charge for children 12 & younger.

24 Maine Creameries, 11 Maine Artisanal Food Producers, Food Court with 6 Maine Food Vendors, live music, and an exciting line-up of educational demonstrations…According to the Maine Cheese Festival Facebook page, there's more than just cheese from 24 Maine creameries (as if that's not enough).
