Remember earlier in the week when New England Patriots owner Bob Kraft said he sent NFL commissioner Roger Goodell a letter a month ago asking for their first round draft pick? Well, the commish said at the owners meetings today that he responded to Kraft two weeks ago, saying nothing has changed and the penalties remain in tact against the team.

That means the first round draft pick is not going to be returned to the Pats.
