Grateful Dead “Fare Thee Well” Live Stream at the State Theatre

There's great news for Maine Dead Heads recently. The 80 CD box set "30 Trips Around the Sun"  will include a live show from the Augusta Civic Center in 1984 and Oxford Plains Speedway in 1988. If you're bummin' cause you can't make it to Chicago on Fourth of July weekend. No worries, you can watch it all go down at the State Theatre in Portland.

Bill Kreutzmann, Mickey Hart, Phil Lesh and Bob Weir will honor 50 Years of the Grateful Dead with the Fare Thee Well shows July 3 through July 5 at Soldier Field in Chicago. Joining them for this historic weekend will be Trey Anastasio on guitar, Bruce Hornsby on piano as well as RatDog and Further keyboardist, Jeff Chimenti. The State Theatre will present all three ‘Fare Thee Well’ shows in high-definition sound and vision live as it happens. Tickets are $10 per-show, or $25 for all three screenings.
