Jon Bon Jovi Makes An Appearance at Patriots Practice In Foxborough

The Patriots got a big surprise yesterday -  A helicopter landed and out came Jon Bon Jovi.  He walked to the field with Patriots Owner, Robert Kraft.

Bon Jovi has made a number of appearances at games and practices in the past, as he’s not only friends with Robert Kraft, but also Bill Belichick.  Belichick told reporters previously in interviews,  (and I’m paraphrasing….. )

Jon’s a great guy.  I love Jon.  We go back to the Giant days.  That was a great time for music in New Jersey with Bruce Springsteen and Jon……  He owned the Arena Football League’s Philadelphia Soul – he’s been a great supporter of mine – I have a lot of fun with him.

It's nice to know that Belichick has fun with someone who is NOT wearing a Patriots uniform.  Sometimes I think about Belichick's wife and how she deals with him 7 months out of the year.  I imagine that he thinks of nothing else but football, so I'm glad to know that he has actual friends that he has fun with outside of the pigskin play.
