Heartbreak for the Boston Red Sox Saturday night when Koji Uehara gave up a walkoff home run to Baltimore's David Lough. A 10-inning 5-4 win for the O's.

The Sox had a 4-3 lead going to the bottom of the 10th but a leadoff triple and sacrifice fly tied the game. Lough's home run ended the night.

The good news for the Sox - a starting picher (Justin Masterson) actually pitched seven innings and gave up just three runs. And, on offense Mike Napoli and Xander Bogaerts hit their first home runs of the year.
