Listen: Maine Dude in Cuba for the Stones

Last Thursday morning I was messaged on Facebook by my friend Greg Martens. He wrote, "If you want me to share my Cuba Rolling Stones experience ..call me anytime Monday." Well, hell yeah we do! If you know Greg (and most people in the Portland music scene do, especially Dead Heads!) you know that he has been going to concerts like it's his job for probably close to 40 years now. I first met him on a WBLM Concert Caravan trip to see David Bowie on the Sound and Vision tour in Montreal. He says in this audio bit that since Bowie's passing that has become his best concert memory. As far as his latest adventure to Havana, Cuba last weekend goes though, this historic Rolling Stones concert with nearly half a million in the audience may have made a bigger impression.
