It was so great to see this man's face this week! His inspiring slogan of "You're F-in' Worth It" was made popular in a video he made a while back at the Maine Veterans Hospital in Togus. That video has inspired thousands to be better people and help our veterans. It has reached well over 1 million views on Facebook.

Maine viral veteran and friend of the Blimp, Jeff Paradis participated in the Miles for Mills Memorial Day 5K in Augusta to benefit the Travis Mills Foundation. When he finished, Jeff shot a video message to remind us all of why he and his brothers and sisters run.

He also introduces us to a buddy and fellow veteran that he hadn't seen in 15 years. Jeff tries to get his mom to say his famous phrase. She chose to leave out the expletive. He of course, keeps it raw.

Veterans and family members can get help by calling the Veterans Crisis Line at 1-800-273-8255.
