New Hampshire Beach Takes On Naked Nipples [POLL]

According to WMTW, the subject of naked nipples is heating up in Laconia, New Hampshire. A while back three ladies taking part in the "Free the Nipple" campaign went topless on Weir's Beach in Laconia. Other beach goers complained, but after tossing their tops the ladies stuck to their guns. Eventually the three women: Heidi Lilly, Kia Sinclair and Ginger Pierro, were arrested. They are now challenging the city ordinance that  according to supporters, is designed to "protect children and families". The women are taking the issue to New Hampshire's highest court claiming that the ordinance is gender-based discrimination. Guys can be topless, why not women? The Free the Nipple crew also pointed out that there is no state law prohibiting them from being topless.
