Most weeks the New England Patriots take advantage of other teams mistakes to win games. Sunday the Philadelphia Eagles turned the tables and pulled out a 35-28 win.New England's special teams was a big disappointment as they allowed Darren Sproles to return a punt 83 yards for a touchdown, the Eagles blocked a punt and returned it for a score, and a pooch kick by the Pats kick-off team gave Philly a short field leading to a score.

Tom Brady was also intercepted in the end zone by Malcolm Jenkins who returned it 99 yards for a touchdown which is just another example of the frustrating day experienced at Gillette Stadium.

This was the first time the Pats have lost to the Eagles in the Tom Brady era, and just the first time they have lost back-to-back games since 2012.

New England will try to get back in the win column when they play at Houston in the Sunday night game next week.
