Dustin Pedroia hit two home runs and Steven Wright pitched 3-hit ball for seven innings as the Boston Red Sox rolled Atlanta 9-4. That's three straight wins over the Braves and four consecutive wins overall for the Sox.

Pedroia led the offense with a grand slam in the 2nd inning off the Pesky Pole in rightfield and a solo homer in the 8th. David Ortiz added three doubles and two RBI.

Knuckleballer Steven Wright pitched seven innings of two run ball. He struck out eight and walked just three. His ERA drops to 1.37.

The Sox improve to 12-9 and play the Braves one more time tonight at Fenway.
