Portland Police Trying to Reunite Badge with Officer

The Portland Police Department is trying to return this badge to its rightful owner.According to the  The badges were recently returned to the PPD from the daughter of Lloyd LaFountain. Mr. LaFountain had an amazing career in public service in Maine and passed away last February. The family wants to return the badges to the officer or his family but never got the name of the officer. Portland Police have searched their records but could not find who they belonged to.
