It is one of the great Valentine's Day traditions in Maine. The Portland Valentine's Day Bandit. He/She/Them tape hundreds of hearts on storefronts, windows and lamp posts all over Portland every February 14th. They've hit a few Portland Police cruisers and even Fort Gorges over the years. Then there's the giant 20 by 40 foot heart banner that might end up on the Portland Museum of Art or Central Fire Station. It's been happening every year since 1976. Winter weather has never stopped them and they have NEVER been caught. Until now. Kinda. Sorta.

Happy Valentine's Day.  Be In Love.

Not into Valentine's Day this year? That's cool. We still have you covered.
