Jennifer Archer was on 295 and about to get onto the Freeport exit, when she and her passenger Megan spotted this deer and caught it on video.

 

It's not the best video, because it was a rainy lousy day. And she wasn't the only one who had pulled over. Another woman pulled over and was trying to call authorities because she was convinced that someone had lost their goat.

It's not a goat. It's a Piebald deer. It's actually a white-tailed deer with a condition that only affects about 1% of the population. The condition can leave the deer with splotches and deformities.

Jennifer told WCSH6 that it was a 'blessing' to see this animal.
