The Bangor Rams and Orono Red Riots girls soccer teams are among the 16 regional winners and headed for state championship Saturday.

The Rams got the game winning goal from Maddi Cormier with 29 seconds left giving Bangor its 5th regional championship in the last 6 years.

In winning the class C game, Orono extended their winning streak to 7 games. The state title game against Wayneflete will be a re-match of the 2013 game.

The Hermon girls remain unbeaten at 15-0-2 with their 1-0 win over #1 Oceanside. Chloe Raymond scored the lone goal of the game in the second half.

In the Boys games Lewiston shutout Hampden to claim back-to-back regional titles.

The class B North title goes to Erskine which is their first soccer championship while Washington Academy improved to 17-0 by shutting out Central in the class C game.
