Now that same sex marriage is legal there are a lot of couples excited to tie the knot. Not all vendors are on board though. According to News Center Maine, a Colorado bakery refused to make a wedding cake for a gay couple and the issue went to the Supreme Court. The court ruled in favor of the baker.

The Colorado Civil Rights Commission said that the baker was guilty of discrimination by refusing to make the same sex wedding cake. The U.S. Supreme Court ruled in favor of the baker's religious beliefs which are protected under the First Amendment.
