Our favorite weather reporter, Adam Evans is also an avid hunter (in case you're wondering why he has a gun). Since it's f'in beautiful out, he decided to get out of the studio and into the woods! We've go a great looking week ahead "all dry weather, all in the 70s" and the Hillbilly delivers like no one else with a chorus of 'peepers' singing in the background.
27 years ago today, AC/DC played the second of two sold out nights at the Civic Center. These shows are particularly historic for me because they were my first shows with the Thundah from Down Undah. On May 3rd and 4th in 1988, AC/DC came to Portland on the Blow Up Your Video tour. I remember the show opening with a missile rising out of the stage and Angus Young jumping out of it and rippin' the opening licks to Heatseeker. What an entrance!
Holy sh*t bub! We've been days without a forecast from our favorite weather reporter, Adam Evans. Been startin' to worry the sumpthin' might be wrong. Well no need to fret, he "just had all kinds a sh*t to do." He says that "this weekend is gonna get bettah and boy I wanna git on heah and tell ya bout it!" The Hillbilly also reminds us to get out there and spend time with our kids on this beautiful Saturday and Sunday in Northern New England as we look forward to the 70s all next week.
I came across this video today on Facebook shared by our friends at O'Chang Comics, the wicked talented team that creates the Maine cartoon Temp Tales. The young fella in this video is 17 year old Justin Peters from Lee, Maine(pop. 900 and sumthin'). He explains how essential and useful our beloved Maine soda, Moxie truly is. Justin's dry, old timer delivery is very funny and it's great to know that there are Maine teenagers out there keepin' the wicked Maine accent alive.
The WBLM Concert Calendar is the busiest we’ve seen in a very long time. And now another great show is joining this summer’s amazing line-up. Thursday June 25th at the Maine State Pier, WBLM welcomes back Bret Michaels to Portland!

WARNING: The Hillbilly Weatherman’s mouth is about as a muddy as your backyard with lots of F-Bombs. But he’s a wicked good fella from New Hampshire who at the end of the forecast always reminds us to “have a good day”. Our good friend Adam Evans is back with the best report in Northern New England!
