Some Cities are Banning Sledding?! [VIDEO]

More and more cities are banning sledding, not just because about 20,000 kids go to the emergency room every year for sledding injuries, but because they are worried about being sued! Over the last few years lawsuits from sledding accidents have resulted in Sioux City, Iowa paying out $2.7 million dollars and Omaha, Nebraska paying $2 million!

I don't know if these sledding fails led to lawsuits, but they have inspired me to definitely avoid trees, fences and bodies of water. Duh.

My kids don't have sleds, I send them down the hill in bubble wrap.
