The Red Sox lost to the Yankees 6-3 but the top storyline was David Price - four strong innings in his second spring training outing.

Price faced 15 Yankees in four full innings. He struck out 6, didn't walk a batter and gave up just three hits - one was a solo homerun to Aaron Hicks.

New Sox closer Craig Kimbrel, Junichi Tazawa and Carson Smith all pitched scoreless innings. It was Robbie Ross who got torched for five runs in two-thirds of an inning of work.

The Sox are 5-9 in exhibition games, the Yankees are 4-8.
