Crust is a mobile wood-fired pizza oven from Boothbay Harbor, ME. We are a family run business using local, natural and organic ingredients. Our oven is made from French organic clay and has a copper top. Keeping our oven temps high our pizzas cook in two minutes. We hand knead all our dough, make all our own sauces and source our ingredients from local farmers. Crust is available for catering and festivals,
