According to the Portland Press Herald, Portland Mayor Ethan Strimling and City Councilor Pious Ali are pushing for immigrants that are not yet U.S. citizens the right to vote in Portland elections. Only adults who are here legally would be able to vote, undocumented immigrants would not.
