Yeah it's snowing today, but Mainers here in the southern part of the state haven't had a very good season of sledding so far. You gotta head further north if you really wanna braapp, braapp! These snowmobilers recently did just that and went on an adventure to the Moosehead Lake region. When they arrived, they were humbled by the site of an historic Maine tragedy.
Rick and and Louraine Colwell were on their snowmobiles heading to dinner after a fun day of travelling the trails when they came across this big guy coming out of the woods in Pittsburg.
According to the Farmer's Almanac, The snowiest periods coming up will be in mid- to late November, mid- and late December, and early to mid-March. Fall begins at 10:29 p.m. tonight so, it's time to start thinking about getting prepped for another Maine winter.
