After being closed and pretty much abandoned without heat or hot water since 1994, the South Portland Armory is now open for gas, snacks and roundhouse kicks! The art deco styled building was once a Maine National Guard building and is now home to a new Irving Oil, a Rusty Lantern Market and Riverview Martial Arts.

Riverview Martial Arts is a non-profit that has also moved into the building, they offer self defense, youth camps and character building activities.
