4/29/2003 (16 years ago today) - A $5 million lawsuit filed against former Creedence Clearwater Revival leader John Fogerty was dismissed by the Judge overseeing the case which involved a personal-injury lawyer claims that he 'suffered hearing loss in his left ear' from attending a Fogerty concert -- The court ruled in the one-time CCR-main-man's favor, noting that the "plaintiff assumed the potential risk of hearing damage when he attended the concert back in 1997".
