Tonight’s WBLM Mini-Concert

Yesterday was the 73rd Birthday of the “Leader” of the Rolling Stones, Keith Richards. Today really ought to be a day off for “Keef” fans worldwide!   Rolling Stone magazine ranks him at number 4 on their list of the 100 Greatest Guitarists. He is the enduring definition of Rock n Roll! Is there really anybody cooler? The Stones just released their first studio album since 2005's A Bigger Bang. It's called Blue and Lonesome with the Glimmer Twins going back to their roots of Chicago blues. You can definitely hear how much fun they had in the studio when you listen and it seems like Mick hasn't played this much harmonica since the Sixties. We hear there's another Rolling Stones in the near future too. 50 years and counting...just amazing! Keith once said, "String us up and we still won't die." Happy Birthday Keith Richards.
