53 years ago today, The Beatles made their live television debut on The Ed Sullivan Show.  Ask any artist from the 70s and 80s what inspired them to become a musician and it’s a pretty sure bet that they’ll say, seeing the Beatles for the first time on Ed Sullivan. Around 73 million people witnessed this historic night and the next day they all started bands!
