22 years today Bryan Adams played what we think was the last time he rocked Portland plugged in with a full band. Earlier this year he did an acoustic show at the Cross Insurance Arena. That's cool Bryan, but do you think maybe you could bring the whole shebang next time?  Bryan Adams was at the Civic Center on December 1, 1992 on his Waking Up the Neighbours Tour. The opening band was Mr.Big.
