Tonight’s WBLM Mini-Concert [VIDEO]

He was born Robert Clark Seger in Lincoln Park, Michigan on May 6,1945. Happy Birthday to legendary singer-songwriter Bob Seger who turns 70 today! His music career started in the early 60s as a successful artist in Detroit. In the early 70s he put together The Silver Bullet Band who had a break-though hit with the album Live Bullet recorded during a hometown show at the Cobo Hall. Bob Seger's is a 2004 inductee into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame whose built to last. He's been rockin' us with that incredible raspy voice and amazing songs for over 50 years and continues to tour and record today. His latest album Ride Out was released last fall.
