Tonight’s WBLM Mini-Concert [VIDEO]

Over the weekend, Eric Clapton wrapped up a 7 night stand at London's Royal Albert Hall celebrating his 70th Birthday. He turned the big 7-0 this year on March 30th. 36 years ago today, on May 26, 1979, EC played a sold-out show at the Civic Center. This tour was in support of his album, Backless released in November of '78, featuring the songs Promises and Tulsa Time. The Backless Tour was captured at Budokan Theatre in Tokyo at the very end of the 70s and lives on forever as the historic double-live album, Just One Night.
