Tonight’s WBLM Mini-Concert [VIDEO]

38 years ago this weekend, WBLM welcomed a night of southern-fried rock to the Civic Center in Portland. The Outlaws brought their double-lead guitar attack along with 3 and 4 part harmonies to Blimpville on Memorial Day, May 29, 1978. WBLM had been playing There Goes Another Love Song and Green Grass & High Tides from their 1975 debut pretty regularly as well as cuts from there live album, Bring It Back Alive which came out just before their first appearance at the CCCC.

Tonight at 6:20 WBLM presents the ONE SONG MINI-CONCERT with the ridiculously epic 20 minute version of Green Grass and High Tides featuring the rippin' guitar of late great Hughie Thomasson!
