According to KeepMeCurrent, the NEW Brooks Dining Hall at USM's Gorham Campus will feature new food stations with increased options for students. There will be an expanded salad bar that will feature a made-to-order deli. Additionally, there will be a new stir-fry kiosk for fresh flavors. And perhaps most exciting, the dining hall renovation will include a gas-fired brick over where students will be able enjoy a variety of new pizzas.
