Watch: How Close is Hillbilly Weather to a Year Ago?

With all the rain and ice all over Blimpville today, we'd love to hear the Hillbilly Weatherman's colorful commentary about the batch of sh*t rollin' through. 

Unfortunately, there isn't a new report today. So I thought it would be kinda cool to revisit the Hillbilly's forecast from a year ago today. That way, we can compare what was happening out there from then to now. You'd think with the brutal winter we had last year, that it would be way different, right? Watch the always entertaining Adam Evans from Francistown, New Hampshire and find out.
