WATCH: Marriage Proposal During ‘More Than Words’ at Portland Extreme Show

One of our absolute favorite bands from Boston is back again!  Celebrating next month’s 25th anniversary of III Sides to Every Story…Extreme return to Portland for the 7th time, tonight at Aura! The last time Extreme came to town was in early 2015 for the 25th Anniversary of Pornograffitti.  In the audience that night was a beautiful couple, very much in love. Their names are Randy and Kate. During More Than Words, guitarist Nuno Bettencourt noticed that Randy was holding up a sign that read, “She said YES!” and invited them up. I’m guessin’ Randy and Kate were just babies when the song was new.
