Watch Roger Waters ‘Shine On’ With Wounded Warriors [VIDEO]

 Roger Waters did a benefit show with wounded veterans a couple weeks ago and this video of Shine on You Crazy Diamond will bring tears to your eyes. 

The show happened at Constitution Hall in Washington DC and was billed as: Music Heals A Special Benefit Concert to Aid the Wounded Veterans of Musicorps. This performance of 'Shine On' features Roger, Tom Morello, GE Smith and members of the Wounded Warrior Band. It opens with a recording of Musicorps member Captain Greg Galeazzi telling his story of being hit by a roadside bomb costing him both his legs, he then joins the other musicians live onstage to play guitar. Lead vocals are done by Tim Donnelly also a wounded veteran sung with incredible passion.To learn more about the healing work of Musicorps, click here.
