The Doors Feast of Friends has been circulating as a bootleg for many years and now it's officially released this week. John Densmore tells Billboard, "You can see how friendly it was, and there was, and no ego. It was four equal guys". In the Billboard article, he goes on to talk about one of his favorite scenes in the film where the band is backstage. "There was a piano and Ray starts playing and then Jim starts fooling around. It's a nice moment; the (contract) rider didn't have dancing girls or anything. We just had a cheese platter and there happened to be a piano, so you can see us just goofing around. We weren't taking ourselves too seriously."

It's a film about the Doors produced by the Doors...nuff said.
