In the spirit of the 3 day Moxie Festival annual summer bash that would've been happening this weekend, we thought you might have a laugh with us.

Let's celebrate the "distinctly different" soft drink from Maine with a video that went viral a few years back from then seventeen year old Justin Peters.

We came across this silly video on Facebook when it was shared by our friends at O'Chang Comics. They are the wicked talented team that creates the Maine cartoon series, Temp Tales.

In this now classic clip, 'Little Peters' explains how essential and useful our beloved Maine soda, Moxie truly is.

Justin's dry, old-timer delivery is very funny. It's pretty great to know that there are Maine teenagers out there keepin' the authentic Maine accent alive and well.

We're kinda surprised that Justin's quote, "It'll put hair on your body" didn't end up becoming a an official catchphrase for Maine's most famous soda.

In case you hadn't heard yet, The Moxie Festival in Lisbon that was planned for July 10 through July 12, 2020 was cancelled in early June.

The organizers hope "to bring back the festival next year bigger and better than ever. "
