Watch Wicked Silly Brunswick Bed-Racing

We really don't have a lot to say about this except...Wow! Just when we thought we'd seen everything in this wacky wonderful state of ours, along comes a video that shows us how they have fun upta the Midcoast.

Behold the Bed Races of Brunswick! The teams consist of 4 competitors in wild costumes pushing sleep furniture down a closed off city street each with a lucky rider tucked in under the blankets.

Apparently, this is an annual event as we hear the announcer in the video say "...in all the years we've been doing this..." Gonna have to check this out in person next year! What a weirdly fantastic way to spend a Maine saturday in November.
