What I Learned From Youtube When I Broke My Ankle

After breaking my ankle in December I had a lot of time to cruise Etsy and find new obsessions. I find a lot of inspiration from other artists. Here is what started it all, Abraham Lincoln folded into a rock star!

I found some glam fabric with sequins and a funky gold frame from an antique shop and now Abe's blazing out tasty tunes in our dining room. I love him so much that I went searching for a tutorial on origami using money. I found this:

So, I watched and learned and created this for a friend who is as weird as I am. Turns out that the guitar is an advanced move that I need to continue working on. Baby steps, I'm still proud.

Inspired, I added a dress to my wardrobe.
