Where Is The Guru Eating These Ribs?
The amazing ribs I sunk my teeth into last night were courtesy of Buck’s Naked BBQ and Steakhouse on Wharf Street in Portland’s Old Port! These succulent ribs are naked (not cooked in sauce) with the real flavor of the meat, a rub, and smoke putting a party in your mouth. Not only were we treated to ribs and cornbread, they also brought out Buffalo brussel sprouts, cheesy bacon baked potatoes and more. Alan and Katelyn were our hosts from Buck’s and they are super nice and welcoming. Thanks so much to the great crew and all the Blimpsters who came out to party with us last night. With great authentic bbq, Sam Adams to wash it down and Saddleback lift tix as prizes, everyone truly had a blast! Can’t wait to get back there soon!
