More bad news for cell  phone addicts. A new study shows that bending our necks so much leads to sagging skin, droopy jowls and premature neck wrinkles! The average person looks down at their phone up to 150 times a day. Not only can craning your neck make you look damn unpretty, it can also mess up your back. Check out this video!

I'm going to try holding my phone up at eye level. K. Just tried it, and it feels like I'm giving up all my privacy by holding it in front of my face. I'm not looking at anything that would embarrass me or anyone else, but still...Hmm. I'm going to experiment more with this and I think you should too. Droopy jowls-Yikes!
