One of our favorite coffee shop chains is doing something nice for our New England plow drivers as they keep the roads open (and driveways cleared) during Winter Storm Fern.

According to a press release from Aroma Joe's, the coffee chain, which has over 120 locations across the northeast, will give plow drivers a free 16 once hot or iced coffee.

They are offering the same perk to first responders and power utility repair crews, too.

The press release says, in part:

This is a simple, community-focused gesture aimed at helping frontline workers stay warm and fueled during long shifts.

Keep in mind that some locations may be closed due to the storm, but all of the locations that are open will be offering free coffee to those important people.

We think this is a great way to say thank you to the people who will be working on the roads and/or outside during what is expected to be the worst winter storm to hit New England in several years.
