Everything You Need to Know About the Kickoff to Fall Fair in Maine

One of the things we do really well here in Maine is host fairs and festivals.

We have some of the most memorable, and best attended, fairs and festivals in New England.  The Windsor Fair, Moxie Festival, Yarmouth Clam Festival, and Fryeburg Fair, to name just a few.

One of the newer fairs that has been gaining a lot of publicity recently is the Kickoff to Fall Fair.

In its third year, the fair takes over Augusta's Mill Park for one weekend each September.

Over the last few years, it has been held just before (or during) the seasonal change from summer to fall.  In 2025, however, the event will be a little bit earlier.  This year's fair will take place from September 5th through September 7th.

As was the case the last few years, the highlight of the event will be a midway filled with rides, games, and amazing fair food vendors.  This year, the midway will be done by Cushing Amusements.

Additionally, there will be other vendors and fun, too.

One of the new things this year will be a small admission charge of just $2 per person.
